Directions For Use:
Run the rake through your dog's coat applying no more pressure than you would brushing your own hair. Allow the spinning stainless steel teeth to gently tease through any tangles in the coat. Gently saw the rake back and forth to loosen any undercoat tangles and remove any loose or dead hair.

Directions For Use:

Your pet's claw has blood vessels known as the 'quick'. It is important that you do not file down to this area. It is easy to locate the quick on animals with light coloured claws. For those with dark coloured claws it may be easier to locate the quick by looking on the underside of the nail - however if in doubt seek the advice of your vet or pet groomer.

Hold your pet's foot carefully and ensure that you are in complete control before starting to file the nail. Try to file in one direction using a smooth action. Use the inside grooved coarse surface to reduce nail size, remove any irregular surface and to smooth the nail after cutting. Then use the outside fine surface to smooth the nail.

Keeping your pet's nails trimmed is essential for good care and grooming.

Directions For Use:

Before using a stripping knife, ensure your pet is comfortable and used to being groomed. Remove any knots or matts by grooming through the coat first.

Hold the stripping knife with the smooth side of the blade facing you.

Following the grain of the dog's coat, use a combing action to gather the hair between the serrated teeth.

Hold the hair in place with your thumb and gently pull the hair toward you to remove the hair.

Take only small amounts at a time and use minimal force.

Directions for Use :

* First use a Mikki comb or brush to help locate genuine matts.
* Then use the Matt Master with short strokes and work progressively. Don’t force the Matt Master as this is ineffective and will cause discomfort to your pet. With very dense matts use a sawing motion by rotating the twist.
* When clearing a matt hold the hair close to the roots to avoid lifting the skin. *Towards the end of the grooming session when you can pass the Matt Master through the coat in long strokes to keep it parallel to the skin and avoid plucking upwards.
* If your pet is excessively matted it may wise to seek professional assistance. Also, sensitive areas may be better clipped as they are more vulnerable.
* Clean the Matt Master after each use, put a little light oil on the blades & store in a safe place.

1. Choose a designated place to house train your puppy. It should always be accessible but away from his bed and food.
2. Place the pad on the floor with the plastic side down and the tissue side up, using the adhesive strips to secure the pad to the floor.
3. After meals, playtimes, and before/after sleeping, lead your puppy onto the pad so he begins to make an association with the pad’s location and scent.
4. If your puppy doesn’t relieve himself, allow him to move away. After a few minutes lead him back to the pad and encourage him again.
5. When your puppy uses the pad, use an associated word such as "Wee-Wees" exactly at the same time he is doing the action. Praise him enthusiastically with your voice "good dog" and/or a treat after he has finished.
6. The pad will change colour once it has been used – this tells you when to change it. Repeat steps 3 to 5 frequently during the first few days. If you spot him getting ready to go, say "no" and lead him to the pad. If you discover an accident, just quietly clear away the mess using Mikki Odour Remover to eliminate the smell. When you are ready, encourage him to go outside using the command word you introduced early on (Wee-Wees).
