Aquatronica Aquarium Controller System Dosing Pump Interface Module

The Aquatronica Dosing Pump (ACQ450) is a module with three independent peristaltic pumps that connects to an Aquatronica aquarium controller system. It is used to automatically dose liquid supplements, elements, and additives into an aquarium to maintain stable water parameters.

• Three independent pumps: The ACQ450 module has three peristaltic pumps that can be programmed independently. Peristaltic pumps use rollers to push liquid through a tube, ensuring a precise dose.
• Connection to Aquatronica controller: The dosing pump module connects to a central Aquatronica controller, such as the Touch Controller (ACQ140). All programming is done via the controller.
• Flexible dosing schedules: The system allows for a variety of dosing schedules:
• Single dose: Administers a specific amount of liquid at a fixed time on set days.
• Repeated dose: Repeats a dose at regular intervals, such as every few hours or days.
• Weekly dose: Administers a dose only on fixed days of the week.
• Distributed dosing: Spreads the total required dose evenly over a specified period.
• Sensor integration: Dosing can also be triggered based on data from other probes connected to the controller, such as pH or Redox sensors, to automatically correct the water's biological balance.
• Accessories: An accessories kit, the ACQ425, is available to connect the dosing pumps to supplement containers. 

Operation and Installation:

• Setup: The pump is set up via the Aquatronica controller, where you can program the dose amount, frequency, and timing. The user manual provides detailed instructions.
• Hose connections: The user will need to connect tubing from the supplement containers to the dosing pump module and from the module to the aquarium or sump. An accessories kit can assist with this.
• Calibration: For the most accurate dosing, the pumps should be calibrated.
• Power loss memory: The controller retains the dosing schedule and time in the event of a power outage, thanks to an internal battery.
